A major milestone in the AML-project commissioned by CEPI and with stakeholders such as the European Commission, OptimaSys delivered successfully the base platform for the forthcoming first European AML-tool expected to launch early 2025.

CEPI signs strategic collaboration contract

Europe's leading Real Estate Association signs a strategic collaboration agreement with OptimaSys to produce Europe's first Anti-Money Lanudry solution for the Real Estate industry.

The AML solution is expected to roll out early 2025 and checks the boxes of the compliance laws issued by the European Commission and the individual European countries.

Once in the market, Immosurance, which is the name of the solution, will become a subject to become and stay a certified real estate professional under CEPI.
